What You Will Get:
- 6 Weeks of Unlimited Group Training: Workouts consist of high energy, full body, movement based training that not only incorporates fat loss, strength gain, and conditioning, but also improves balance, stability, coordination, flexibility, mobility, and muscle imbalances. This is a well rounded program that has been proven to truly get you results!
- A Flexible Training Schedule: Sessions are available Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 6am and 9am, 10am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm Monday through Fridays. Yoga is on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm. There will be 3 bonus Saturday sessions at 9am.
- Access to Our Private SportsFit Members Page:Receive an endless amount of motivation, support, guidance, and accountability.
Contest Rules:
- Contest begins January 6th ends February 14th. Registration will be on Monday January 6th at 6pm to do measurements, take before pictures, meet teams, go over information, and answer questions. Workouts will begin Tuesday January 7th.
- This is a partner challenge consisting of teams of two. Members must have a non-member on their team. Non-members can build their teams however they want. For people who are already in good shape and don't have much to loose, this is a good opportunity to partner up with people who need this and be a big part of helping someone change their life! Trust me it's worth it!
- All participants must get starting and finishing measurements, weight, and before and after pictures. It's best to wear the same clothing for beginning and after pictures. Wear something that is somewhat form fitting to see results better.
- Winners will be based on the total amount of body weight % and inches lost between both members, best before and after pictures, attendance, and check ins on Facebook.

In August of this year, I was at a decision-making point. I had such severe back pain 24 hours a day, that it was getting unbearable. I was starting to make excuses for why I could not participate in events at school and with friends. My kids would also get upset with me if I said I would help with things because they knew that meant I would be physically down for 2-3 days afterward.
I started SportsFit during a back to school fitness challenge with some friends. I was pretty intimidated at first, but just kept going. My first couple times, I was so surprised at how incredibly supportive EVERY SINGLE PERSON was. People that were extremely fit and strong, would be on the ground with me, cheering me on. On days when my back was bad, Nikki would adjust excercises so that I was still working out, but supporting those muscles. Pretty soon I was having entire days with no pain!
Today, I feel stronger and more confident. I look forward to going to the gym, and pushing myself. When I come home, I tell my kids “guess what Mom did today!!!!” They are so happy with how I have changed. I’m finding myself doing and lifting things that used to break me. I think my favorite thing about SportsFit (besides the people) is how Nikki just expects that everyone can achieve anything! You just have to do it and work hard.
