I sometimes had a hard time staying motivated on my own. I've always loved sports and running but I was lacking in motivation and wanted to try something new. I may have lifted weights a couple times in my life before going to Sportsfit, so lifting was a whole new world to me. After the first few weeks of grueling workouts I really began to enjoy them and eventually I made it my routine to come 5 days a week. I loved the group atmosphere at Sportsfit and the workouts are always creative and fun. Sportsfit gave me direction, and it helped me realize I wanted to study exercise science so that I can help people maximize their potential and thrive also. Now, almost a year after I first went to Sportsfit, I have added about 17 or 18 pounds of muscles onto my skinny cross country body and am at 4% body fat. If you are looking for change, want to be stronger, faster, more confident, and just a better version of yourself, go to Sportsfit and Nikki will take care of you!

Before I started working out at SportsFit, I was so bored with working out on machines at other gyms. My biggest frustration was I would get some results in the very beginning then I would plateau. I struggled with my weight and I hated the way I looked. Since coming to SportsFit I have gotten so much stronger. I know what it takes to get to where I want to be!
I didn't used to think of myself as strong, just fat, and being frustrated about how I looked made me not want to workout in front of people or be laughed at. At SportsFit everyone is so nice and no one judges or watches you. (Except Nikki 😉)
Sportsfit has helped me feel comfortable in my own skin, even though I may not be where I want to be at yet. I can feel a difference every time I work out with Nikki. Also the people there become like your gym family which is really awesome.
Life is different for me now because I know I can push myself further then I ever thought I could. I can lift heavier and endure harder exercises than I could when I started. I have definitely seen growth psychically and mentally. Sportsfit helped my mental state more than Nikki will ever know,. It's one place I can always go to let out my frustration, have a good time, and get a great workout. I have learned that there's more to it then just working out and going to a gym. It's also about the way you eat.
Sportsfit has given me endless opportunities, and that couldn't have been done without Nikki. I see her as a role model, a trainer, a coach, and like a mom. I know that she can and will push me when I need it and is always watching over me. Everyone there is always so nice and I am so thankful for it being apart of my life and helping me better myself!

Before finding SportsFit my biggest struggle was actually making it to the gym at all. I would purchase different gym memberships, but because I had to go at my own free will, without the help of others around me I wouldn’t feel motivated and I’d stay home. My biggest frustration was that l could gradually see my body changing from not working out, and I did not feel healthy.
My struggles affected my life deeply. My self-esteem was at an all time low, I wasn’t happy with myself at all. Before my transformation I felt weak, and disappointed because I knew that I was capable of taking care of myself, and overcoming my own laziness.
SportsFit has helped me in so many ways. It’s allowed me to feel comfortable in my own skin again, brought back a confidence I knew was buried deep inside, but most importantly it’s taught me that working out doesn't have to feel like a task, that it can be fun too!
The biggest change that I’ve felt since joining SportsFit is that I’m actually looking forward to my work outs. Every body is different, and strong can be just as sexy as skinny!
I joined SportsFit a little over two years ago, and I am incredibly happy being apart of the family. Not only does Nikki keep us on our toes with different work outs (we never know what we’re going to be working on), but she makes everyone feel incredibly welcome. She’s a tough but encouraging trainer who has pushed me, but has never pressured me into doing too much. She understands the concept that not all bodies are the same, and she embraces it!

"I have been doing group training with Nikki for 4 months now. My only exercise for the last few years had been walking my dog and occasionally doing Zumba. It was hard to make myself go at first, but after a couple of weeks I couldn't help but notice that I was feeling great! Then I found myself actually looking forward to going and wondering what we would be doing next time. That is one of the great things about the group training, the workouts are always different and fun. We are always being encouraged and pushed, which makes me work so much harder than I ever would on my own. Every part of my body is getting toned. I feel so much better about myself and I find that I eat healthier too. The best part is the results! After only 3 months of training I went clothes shopping (which in the last few years had not been much fun) and found that I had gone from a size 12 to a size 6 pants!"

I struggled taking my physical ability to the next level, I wanted to train on a higher platform and needed to find a place that had the components for me to do so.
I wasn't performing at my best level, and that had a negative impact.
SportsFit gave me the opportunity to reach and surpass my goals, and has been a big factor in where I am today.
I'd say I'm stronger mentally and physically, and am able to see more potential in myself.

Before I started working out at SportFit I could never stay motivated. The fact that I wasn't seeing results when I did work out just unmotivated me even more.
I was starting to go to the gym less and less. Before I knew it I had stopped going all together. I was feeling so bloated and fat. I knew that I needed to do something with myself to change the way I was feeling.
SportsFit was the BEST decision I ever made for myself. Now I am motivated to go every day, and I enjoy the challenging workouts that actually get me results. Nikki is an amazing trainer and she always pushes me to do my best.
Since starting SportsFit, I am more aware of my eating habits. I have learned how important eating right is to achieving my fitness goals. I am motivated to workout a lot more than I use to be.
Sportsfit is truly the best. Everyone that goes there makes me feel so comfortable, and it literally feels like a family. The atmosphere is fun, the music is great, and the people working out with you are encouraging and supportive.

Before SportsFit I had little motivation to work out, didn't know where to start, and honestly felt out of place trying to navigate the gym. Everyone always warns you the beginning is the hardest and it's true. The fear factor is real. But being six months postpartum and still not feeling like myself was the tipping point to get me in the door to SportsFit. Looking back the first week was hard, but good hard. Not killing your self, but just a good hard push your body to wake up all the muscles work out. And now I only wish I had started sooner. It has been night and day in my life. My overall mood has improved, along with my energy levels, and my motivation and focus for regular tasks in my everyday life. That doesn't include the obvious body changes. I am strong! So strong! I never thought I would consider myself strong but I am! And I feel great in my own body for the first time since I got pregnant, and it's better than before because it's healthy good. I never thought I would be someone who loves working out, and Sports Fit has changed that for me. I honestly count down the minutes to get into the gym, which is so not the old me! Every single day at Sports Fit is a new challenge and it keeps you coming back for more. It's structured so that the almost beginner level and advanced can all work out together. You'll never leave saying well that was easy, and you'll always be pushing yourself to get stronger and better. I would 10/10 recommend Sports Fit to any and everyone, it's the best choice you can make for yourself, and the only downside to trying is that you'll more than likely never want to stop!

I’ve been a member of SportsFit Training Center since the Spring of 2014 and loved every rewarding moment of Nikki Julmist’s training sessions.
Now a freshman at Seattle Pacific University, for the majority of my school years I played basketball, volleyball, and a season of cross country. All of the sports challenged me physically and mentally, but none of those experiences with sports challenged and rewarded me so sweetly like working out at SportsFit did. Every session varied, from Olympic lifting, strength and agility to conditioning, but there was never a session that lacked intensity.
What I love about SportsFit isn’t just workouts or the amazing results and newfound strength, but the support you receive from others in the gym during the workouts; whether its cheering you on during your last few reps or its hearing about another person’s day as you warm up for the work out. The support and family oriented feeling is what I love and miss most about SportFit when I’m away at school working out.

I have been an avid gym goer since I was in my early 20's. I usually would do some cardio and make my way through all the machines known to be used by "girls". I went consistently but never really seemed to push myself hard enough to get the results I was seeking! I plateaued and just maintained, of course in your 20's you can get away with that! Then I got married, had 3 daughters and just worked out on and off on my own at home. I bought tons of exercise videos and my husband bought me a treadmill! Again I just kinda kept myself from getting too fat but never really felt strong or like I was really accomplishing something! The first time I went to sportsfit I seriously did not think I would be able to keep up! I have never been so sore in my life but have NEVER seen the results I see when I work out there! Nikki is an amazing trainer. She is encouraging and talks you through anything you don't understand. When I try to go light on my weights Nikki tells me, "to go heavier." Sometimes (most the time) I think she is crazy and that I won't be able to do it but I always can and I usually surprise myself. The first body transformation challenge I did I lost only 3 pounds but I lost 6 inches! I'm 5'1 and not a big person to begin with so I could not believe that I had that many inches to lose. I have definition in my arms/shoulders that I never thought possible and toned strong legs! I am 43 years old and after being a member of sportsfit for over two years I can work out and keep with the 20 year olds that work out there. The atmosphere is upbeat and the members are all ages, shapes and sizes! We are one big fit and happy family! I sometimes go back to a regular "gym" and I keep coming back to sportsfit because nothing compares!

Before finding Sportsfit at 48 years old (thanks to my great friend, Tricia Stratton), I knew I needed to get back in shape. I did not, however, realize how out of shape I had become; I did not consider my personal fitness to be one of the most important components for not only my physical well-being, but my mental well-being, as well. Even though weight-lifting had never been a priority for me, I considered myself strong and cardio fit. I did, though, struggle with endurance and stamina, and I was never a runner nor ever wanted to be. One of my biggest excuses for not working out became lack of time. Little did I realize it was this excuse that was interfering with the quality of my life.
I’ve been a teacher for over 25 years. Even though I love my job, by not taking care of myself I was not taking care of my students nor giving them the best of me that I could be. My patience was easily taxed, and I found I became more frustrated than I used to. I did not have balance in my life, and my love of my career was taking over everything. After losing myself in my job for several years, I felt not only that I was losing my outer physical attractiveness but I did not feel beautiful on the inside, either. I hated to have my picture taken, I didn’t feel attractive to my husband even though he never had a derogatory word to say, and I didn’t like the way my clothes fit.
When I joined Tricia for my first workout at Sportsfit, I was toast after the warm-up. I don’t remember what the routine was that day, but I do remember realizing I was a physical mess. I felt weak and pathetic, and I watched the happy people around me support me as I struggled through the hour. I could barely walk the next day, week, month, but I felt GREAT, and I knew I was hooked. My first timed run I was thrilled with a 12:06 mile; ten months later I cut that time by three minutes. During my first workouts, I could hardly jump on the four inch mat for cardio; I was psychologically afraid and frustrated. Now I’m jumping on the second level box, working towards the third. My husband listened with a huge smile on his face as I shared my accomplishment through joyous tears when I got home that night. Now I actually get anxious if I know I can’t make a session, and I will do everything I can to make sure I can workout five times a week. My confidence is up, I’ve lost over 16 pounds, my clothes fit better than ever, I feel beautiful inside and out, and my husband affirms this every day. I’m mentally ready for my students, I have more stamina throughout the day, and I find I push myself working out, even if it takes me longer to get through the set. I focus on correct form and adding weight to the sets. I have a goal to break a 9:00 mile, and for my 50th birthday, my husband and I are running a 10k! I am proud of who I am, I am grateful for all the support at Sportsfit, I love helping others
My husband, family, and friends have witnessed my physical and spiritual transformation. I watch The Crossfit Games with appreciation and admiration of what the athletes can do with their bodies. I watched the video Nikki took of me doing floor pull-ups. I love my form, but now I want to do more before petering out. I make constant workout goals, and I am happy with myself when I achieve them. I have never been as fit as I am now, approaching my 50th birthday. What would I tell someone who is considering joining Sportsfit? I would tell them to come and see for themselves what kind of supportive “Family” we have, and if they want to really have a workout, physically and mentally, join us, and be prepared to be transformed!

SportsFit has been a game changer for me. Prior to discovering Nikki I was caught in the gym cycle. I was paying a monthly membership and either not going or not pushing myself. If I found myself actually going to the gym I would immediately become intimidated and think "What am I even doing?" "Am I doing this right?" "How many reps?" "How much weight?" "What exercises on what days?" then default to the treadmill. I was stuck being "skinny fat" and didn't have the tools to change it.
My struggle heightened after having my first cesarean section. For eight months post partum I struggled with complete loss of core, low energy, irritability, and honestly didn't recognize myself. Jackie DeWald drug me to SportsFit and it literally changed my life. Every day was so hard but I felt my core come back, I could finally get out of bed without having to roll to my side first, I was jogging again, and my mental health shifted. Nikki literally brought me back to my life. Fast forward and I've since had a second cesarean section. This time around I was back in SportsFit just 10 weeks post partum and I attribute that to being in the best shape of my life before becoming pregnant. Once again my core has returned and I get stronger every single day.
Now I look forward to my workouts. I am no longer stuck in the gym cycle. Each day Nikki brings customized workouts, helps you with correct form and weight, and pushes you to your maximum ability. Not a single workout has ever been the same at SportsFit so it never gets dull or boring. And with you every step of the way is the most supportive and encouraging SportsFit Family. No matter where you are at in your fitness journey you can count on every single person in that gym to cheer you on.
Thank you Nikki and SportsFit Fam!

I came to SportsFit out of desperation. I’d “heard” it was different than the others.
Six gyms and what seems like a lifetime later, I finally found what I was looking for. I’ll admit, Nikki’s workouts are challenging, but that’s why she’s worth it. It’s obvious that she puts time and effort in making each one different. It feels SO GOOD to know that my workouts are strategically planned to keep me showing up, interested, and accountable for my membership. This has always been my greatest struggle. It seemed like every gym I joined was missing “something.” However, the one change that I wasn’t prepared for, was the emotional aspect. After my first body transformation challenge, I found that I was able to walk with a little more confidence, and handle the day to day challenges a little easier.
….three years later, I’m happy to say that SportsFit is still just as challenging and exciting as the first intimidating day!

"I would recommend group training to just about everyone. Nikki, in particular, tailors her workouts so people of all ages and fitness levels can get all the benefits from every workout. The fact that each routine is completely different means I never get bored and neither do my muscles! I get all the instruction I need to know that I’m performing each exercise correctly and can use what I learn in my own workouts the rest of the week. It’s the best way I know to reach my fitness goals whether they are to get stronger, faster or overcoming weight loss plateaus. Group training with Nikki is honestly the most fun I’ve ever had in a gym."

"In June of 2011 I completed my 3rd 1/2 Marathon in record time. I really thought that I was in good shape. To up my game, I decided to try out "boot camp", thinking that it would just build me up. Boy was I mistaken and depressed to learn that I couldn't do a single sit-up or push-up. One week after starting boot camp I had to have an emergency procedure that put me on bed rest for 6 weeks. Between the devastation of my lack of strength, the set back from the surgery and my 40th Birthday looming in the coming year I was determined to get back to boot camp at the 6 week mark. Fast forward 14 months. I stuck with it. I stuck with it because Nikki makes it fun. Nikki coaches in a way that challenges you to do your best. In the year that I worked with Nikki never once did we do the same work-out twice. Since doing her class I have run a few 5ks, a 5 miler and a 10K. I can do sit ups and push ups and I've lost my "bingo arms". Gyms have never worked for me. Too boring. Working out on my own has never worked for me because I need someone to push me and make me accountable. Nikki's personal training has worked for me and I will continue to use and recommend her services. When she is working with you she helps you to ever so slightly adjust your posture, grip, position to really work the intended muscles. She encourages nutrition, hydration and it's always fun. If you want to see results you need to work with Nikki."

Before Sportsfit, I could never find the motivation to get off the couch and go lift weights or go workout. When I started Sportsfit, I had heard the usual stories of my mom saying how the workouts were so hard and how she was so sore. But the truth was, Nikki's workouts kick butt. On the basketball court, I would always find that I couldn't jump higher then people or I wasn't faster then the other player...s on the floor.
Sportsfit has helped me in so many ways. The first day I went to Sportsfit I took the vertical test. It was a whopping 24" vertical. During the summer I spent almost every day at sportsfit wanting to get stronger and get a higher vertical jump. By the end of summer, I had increased my vertical 10"! Sportsfit has made me a much better athlete and through going there, at 5'9" I have reached my goal of dunking.
My life is different for me now because I have become a very good athlete, every day I'm always sore from the workouts. Even now with a broken foot Nikki creates a unique workout each time I go so I can work all body parts. Even outside of basketball, going to Sportsfit has helped me maintain my growth physically and mentally.
Overall, I have become a much better athlete and have noticed a big difference from where I was a year ago. Nikki is the best trainer I know and she cares about all of her members. If you are trying to go to a gym or looking to get in shape, Sportsfit is the place to go! Thank you for reading my testimonial and I hope anyone that reads this goes to Nikki because she is amazing at what she does!!

Being the younger sibling of an active and athletic brother, I think I have been playing sports since I started walking. As the youngest, I had the disadvantage (or so it seemed) of always trying to keep up with my big brother. As I became old enough to get into organized sports playing with kids my own age, I had a little bit of a leg up, so to speak, since I had been drug along and often participated with my brother’s teams. So with a bit of natural athletic ability, and the benefit of “playing up” with older kids, I tended to do quite well in my athletic endeavors.
As time went on, I found that the rest of the kids were catching up to me in both speed and ability. I began to realize that natural athleticism would only take me so far, and that I was going to have to start putting in more time and effort if I wanted to stay at the top of my game, especially as I get ready to go into high school.
I started going to SportsFit with my mom…at 6 a.m...3 days a week…and I hated it. I was tired, sore, and grumpy, but I kept going. Pretty soon, I realized that I wasn’t that tired, (still sore) and I was grumpy when I didn’t get up and go. Schedule changes have allowed me to go mostly in the afternoon and evenings now.
Increasing my strength and endurance has come through and helped me tremendously on the court and on the field. I’m faster and stronger, I can jump higher and hit harder. I’ve learned to love the grind because of the improvements I see in my performance. Thank you Nikki, for helping me to work toward being the best I can be, which will make me a better teammate. Embrace the grind!

Moving to 3 different states within a 3 year period was definitely a challenge. Finding all the necessary information such as school, work, church, etc. seemed to leave no room for finding a place to workout. Prior to moving to Sequim I was an active runner (having run a half marathon and many 5ks and 10ks), dancer, and mom. Before finding SportsFit, my biggest frustration was not only struggling to find time to workout, but also the energy it took. I had always been very active, so I craved an atmosphere that had high energy, but kind of feared it as well. Not being active for the first time in my life I had low energy levels, gained weight, and felt weak. A friend invited me to do a body transformation, and while that was kind of scary to commit to…I knew I needed to do it! Walking into SportsFit, I was welcomed by Nikki's big smile and pushed to do things I truly believed I wasn't able to do. And quite frankly…I couldn't, but Nikki believed in me and wouldn't take no for an answer. At SportsFit, you just keep doing the things you can't…and eventually you WILL! Life is different for me now. Having four very active children I have the strength and stamina to play in the yard with them, coach cheer for youth and high school, as well as work two jobs. There is no way I could have accomplished a recent hike had I not been going to SportsFit. It was truly rewarding and somewhat emotional to get to the top of a mountain. It literally took physical ability as well as mental confidence. All of which I got from SportsFit. Life is surely different since finding SportsFit. It's like a big family that encourages each other and laughs together. We root each other on and no one is ever left behind. We celebrate each other's accomplishments and have supportive accountability.I have lots of goals to accomplish still in life physically and mentally and I know SportsFit will definitely help me get there!

When I first decided to try Sportsfit, I was skeptical, to say the least. But NOT of Nikki or the gym itself, or even the other members. I was skeptical of myself, of my own attitude and my ability and desire to start something and really stick with it. Working out was not new to me, though I had taken quite a lengthy hiatus from it due to a shoulder injury. I had worked with a few different trainers in the past, all of whom were very good at what they do. In spite of the knowledge and ability each of them had, I just hadn’t found the right fit for me. I might be a bit more of a challenge to train than some others, because I needed more than just physical fitness training. I know all the “right” answers to the questions every trainer asks when you first get started. So, when Nikki asked me what I wanted to get out of working out, I was prepared. I told her that I wanted to get more physically fit so I could keep up with my two very active boys, that I wanted to improve my cardiovascular endurance, to get stronger and faster, and that any weight loss would be just a bonus. And I did (I do) want all of those things, but in the back of my mind I had a picture of what someone my height should look like, what I should weigh…and I couldn’t quite shake the desire to fit that image. After being at Sportsfit a short while, Nikki took the time to ask me how I felt about my progress. I was pleased to be getting stronger, adding more weight to my lifts and pushing myself harder than I remembered doing in the recent past. But I was also feeling frustrated; I wasn’t losing weight. Even though I had said that weight loss was not my ultimate goal, I had to admit that it really was. My real desire was to get skinny, and I was realizing that just wasn’t going to happen. Nikki helped me to realize that I wasn’t going to be happy with myself until I made an adjustment in my mindset. She helped me to see that being strong and healthy need to be my primary goals. I can’t thank her enough for helping me over time to truly be ok with just being me! I can’t say that I always look forward to going to the workouts, because I know how challenging they are…but I can definitely say I’m ALWAYS glad that I went when the workout is done. Additionally, I have developed some amazing friendships with other Sportsfit members; we encourage one another and celebrate everyone’s individual accomplishments. I’m so happy to have found an environment where I don’t feel the need to compete with or compare myself to anyone else. Thank you, Nikki, for making me work hard, for creating a place I want to come back to day after day, and most of all for helping me believe in myself and have a healthier perspective.

I have always liked working out, but found it difficult to find a place I liked. Early morning workouts by myself were great for a few years, but I wasn't getting great results. I found my self unmotivated and not losing any weight. I was never happy with the way I looked or the weight I carried. I was self conscious about my appearance all the time.
SportsFit was totally different. It was the hardest and the most fun thing I've done in a long time. I lost weight, I felt better, and I was more comfortable with myself.
A lot of things have changed in a short period of time. I eat better, I drink less coffee, I'm more relaxed yet more focused. It has helped me refocus on goals in my life, and I have met some pretty neat people who impress me every day.
The best thing I like about it is it's something that my son and I can do together besides sports. Not only have I been impressed with the way it has changed me, but I'm blown away at how it has changed Hayden both mentally and physically.

Up until recently, I have always naturally been an athlete that could get by without doing any kind of training, but then I started playing multiple sports against other athletes outside of our city limits. I started to realized I was slowly falling further and futher behind the others. Being a super competitive kid, I got really frustrated and didn't understand what was happening. Being the youngest of 4 boys was really hard because I would never win. My brothers all have their own special physical talents and skills that I never have really had. Devin; Naturally good at everything. Brendon; super human speed and strength. Nate; speed, coordination, and jumping ability. Me; I didn't really know, so I always felt like I sucked at everything. Then about a year and a half ago my brother and my mom found SportsFit. I then started going with them in the summer. I immediately saw results. I was faster, stronger, more coordinated, and could jump higher. Ever since, I have rapidly improved. I started catching back up to all the other athletes and regaining my confidence. SportsFit has helped me be able to compete at a high level again. SportsFit is a place anyone can come and work out at. Nikki mixes up the workouts so you are ALWAYS sore, but it's a good thing. You get a whole body workout. She has great music, a great gym, and a great encouraging spirit. Everyone is always happy and friendly. SportsFit is the place to be!!!

"I have been working out with Nikki at SportsFit for quite a while now. She has created a team atmoshere with all the members and I enjoy being apart of that! I would recommend SportsFit to any athlete who wants to be challenged in a way they never have been before."

"Working out twice a week with Nikki has given me more engery and stamina. It is never boring; as she uses many different methods and techniques. I am not a fitness guru and did not know where to start. Nikki's knowledge and the accountability of the group training atmosphere gives me the start I need while encouraging me to push myself."

"My exercise routine was on again, off again. I wasn't very motivated until I began training with Nikki in boot camp and later, group training. When I first started three years ago, I couldn't even run and could barely keep up. Now, I am 59 and fit, in better shape than when I was 40. Nikki is highly knowledgeable and keeps the training sessions challenging and fun. She motivates me to do the best that I can without feeling like I have to compete with anyone else, although the group setting makes me want to work harder. I sleep better, I feel better, and I look better. I am stronger with more endurance and better balance. If you want a workout that is challenging, fun and gets results, Nikki is your trainer."

"I lost a total of 14 pounds on the scale but muscle has definitely replaced fat and
I have the SportsFit family to thank. Thanks to all who are there pushing me
everyday and thanks Nikki for getting a gym open that was so needed.
Working out hard and eating healthy has made me feel like I can keep up
with my little munchkins now. Once again THANKS to all, you guys rock."

"You have to want it to get it. I’ve been telling myself this my entire life
and it’s gotten me pretty far. I started working with Nikki in mid-November
and she measured me in. At first I was going to workout to maintain my weight
and not over extend my post-baby figure. The first 4 weeks of starting out with Nikki,
I started a new job, had to start going back to school for more training, manage full-time
work, 2 toddlers under age 3, and maintain the normal day to day routine.
When she measured me again after 1 month, I thought I would be happy to
have not “grown” more through all this stress since I’m a stress eater.
Instead, after 4 weeks (missing 1 week out of town) of 1-2 days a week
working out with Nikki, I lost over 4 ½ inches throughout my body. Then
Nikki created the Body Transformation contest where as a member I had to partner
up with someone who was a non-member; I chose my co-worker Tyler. From the
get go I told him the ONLY promise I can make and capable of keeping at this
point in my life is watching what I eat and guarantee at least 1 or 2 workouts a
week. I wanted to use the 8-weeks as a time to create better habits,
because after those 8 weeks I want to continue to maintain and stay healthy.
I wasn’t going to use a gimmick, I needed to know for myself, REAL
RESULTS. What can I accomplish as if I were doing this normally, daily, no
extremes I can’t keep going with after the 8-weeks. The requirement to
partner up made me work harder at keeping my promise and when I could I put more
effort in toward the end goal. I don’t like letting people down and I
especially dislike having to ever break a promise. Well, 8-weeks later, I
lost 13 lbs and 9 inches (this amount is MORE after the 4+ inches from the
previous month). My cohort lost 40 lbs and 13+ inches in those 8 weeks. If
you really want it and willing to work for it, this is where the real results happen."
