Back To School Body Transformation Challenge

Summer is coming to an end, kids are going back to school, and it is time to get back to our regular routines. Are you ready to make BIG changes? I hope so! Because over the next 6 weeks, you'll experience a major transformation not just in how your body looks, but in how you feel, think, and move. By the end of this challenge, you’ll definitely feel defined and leaner...but you’ll also have more energy, your sleep will improve, your motivation and confidence will shy rocket, and you’ll just plain FEEL better. The best part? Our goal during this challenge is to have your results carry over for a LIFETIME.
What You Will Get:
- 6 Weeks of Unlimited Group Training: Workouts consist of high energy, full body, movement based training that not only incorporates fat loss, strength gain, and conditioning, but also improves balance, stability, coordination, flexibility, mobility, and muscle imbalances. This is a well rounded program.
- A Flexible Training Schedule: Sessions are available Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 6am and 9am, 10am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm Monday through Fridays. Yoga is on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm. There will be 3 bonus Saturday sessions at 9am.

Contest Rules:
- Contest begins September 2nd and ends October 11th. Registration will be on Monday September 2nd at 7pm to do measurements, take before pictures, meet teams, go over information, and answer questions. Workouts will begin Tuesday September 3rd.
- This is a partner challenge consisting of teams of two. Members must have a non-member on their team. Non-members can build their teams however they want. For people who are already in good shape and don't have much to loose, this is a good opportunity to partner up with people who need this and be a big part of helping someone change their life! Trust me it's worth it!
- All participants must get starting and finishing measurements, weight, and before and after pictures. It's best to wear the same clothing for beginning and after pictures. Wear something that is somewhat form fitting to see results better.
- Winners will be based on the total amount of body weight % and inches lost between both members, best before and after pictures, attendance, and check ins on Facebook.
