My Story
I was an athlete from a very young age. I played every sport in the book up until college. In college I played basketball and did track. It was only natural for me to progress into becoming a personal trainer. It is what I love. Being an athlete I learned a lot about training hard, what its takes to see results, and what the body responds best to. I have applied a lot of what I learned from athletics to my training philosophy. I know first hand the importance of having a well rounded work out program. I believe we need to work on a little bit of everything to function at our best. It's not just about building muscle and fat loss, but also maintaining our flexability, balance, stability, reflexes, agility, and mobility at the same time. It's important to be able to use what you accomplish in the gym outside in the real world. I am big on doing multi-joint, full body exercises and using the body how we do in real life.
