SportsFit will be offering a summer 8 week unlimited training package for middle school and high school kids looking to get in great shape this summer. These challenging, high intensity workouts will help prevent injury, improve strength, power, speed and agility, quickness, explosiveness, conditioning, coordination, reaction time, balance, stability, core strength, confidence, mental toughness, body composition, and much more! The youth only sessions will be at 10am Monday-Friday. Summer vacation is a great time to get ready for fall sports. The separation is in the preparation. This program will help athletes take their game to the next level.
