It's baackkkkk! We took a break from body transformation contests during covid, but now we are ready to start back up again just in time to get ready for summer! Are you ready to make BIG changes? I hope so! Because over the next 8 weeks, you'll experience a major transformation not just in how your body looks, but in how you feel, think, and move. By the end of this challenge, you’ll definitely feel defined and leaner...but you’ll also have more energy, your sleep will improve, your motivation and confidence will sky rocket, and you’ll just plain FEEL better. The best part? Our goal during this challenge is to have your results carry over for a LIFETIME.
What You Will Get:
- 8 Weeks of Unlimited Group Training (a $432 value!): Workouts consist of high energy, full body, movement based training that not only incorporates fat loss, strength training, and conditioning, but also improves balance, stability, coordination, flexibility, mobility, and helps improve muscle imbalances to prevent injuries. We train like athletes!
- A Flexible Training Schedule: Sessions are available at 6am, 9am, 10am, 5pm, and 6pm, Monday through Fridays. Yoga is on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm.

Contest Rules:
- Contest begins April 4th and ends May 27th. Registration will be on Monday, April 4th at 6pm to do measurements, take before pictures, meet teams, go over information, and answer questions. Workouts will begin Tuesday April 3rd.
- This is a partner challenge consisting of teams of four. Existing members must have at least 2 non-members on their team. Non-members can build their teams however they want. For people who are already in good shape and don't have much to loose, this is a good opportunity to partner up with people who need this and be a big part of helping someone change their life! Trust me it's worth it!
- All participants must get starting and finishing measurements, weight, and before and after pictures. It's best to wear the same clothing for beginning and after pictures. Wear something that is somewhat form fitting to see results better.
- Winners will be based on the total amount of body weight % and inches lost between both members, best before and after pictures, attendance, and check ins on Facebook.
- Masks are not required, but of course feel free to wear one.
