Our Facility
Adult Group Training
We offer adult group training with multiple sessions offered daily through out the week to fit your busy schedule. Our members consist of men and women of all different ages and fitness levels.
Youth Athletic Training
We offer youth training sessions to help kids get in shape, enhance their athletic performance, and improve injury prevention. Sessions include strength training, speed and agility, plyometrics, and conditioning to make them better, faster, stronger athletes. It's a safe environment to learn proper form and technique, and be pushed and challenged in a fun group atmosphere. Our summer schedule is currently Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's at 11am and 12pm.
